KennedyPearce are hiring a Finance Manager for a global property business based in South West London. This role offers exposure to an international portfolio of hotel assets and investment structures across Europe, working closely with investors, lenders, hotel operators and senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, audit management, investor reporting, compliance, tax coordination and corporate governance across a global portfolio of hospitality investments. This role is being offered on both an interim and permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial reporting, investor/lender reporting and statutory compliance across a global hospitality portfolio. Prepare consolidated accounts, management reporting packs and oversee year-end audits across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP, financing agreements, tax and regulatory requirements. Review financial controls, reconciliations, P&L and balance sheet reporting across hotel and holding entities. Support budgeting, financial analysis, modelling, capital expenditure monitoring and wider finance projects. Coordinate company secretarial matters including annual filings, governance and maintenance of corporate records. Assist with banking administration, company formations and operational finance support across the portfolio.
The candidate:
Qualified accountant (ACA / CAANZ/ CA(SA) from a top 10 accounting firm Strong experience in financial reporting, audit and consolidation within real estate, hospitality or investment structures. Working knowledge of IFRS and multi-jurisdictional reporting environments. Experience dealing with lenders, investors and external auditors. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Confident communicator with experience working across international teams and stakeholders. Hospitality, hotel or property sector experience advantageous.
