About the Role
The shift pattern:
Continental shift (4 on 4 off, 6-6). 2 days and 2 nights (22 shift holidays per annum) Your role will be Days based during initial induction.
In a nutshell, you will be involved in:
Sustaining and improving equipment reliability and efficiency Creating and monitoring innovative maintenance programs Supporting commissioning of new lines and developing performance measures and yearly maintenance plans. Cross-skilling Machine Operators' skillset in relation to changeovers, basic line maintenance, clean-downs, and basic issue rectification to reduce downtime.

Requirements
What we need from you:
Proven experience as an Multiskilled or Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer Willingness to support from a mechanical perspective from time to time Flexible approach to the shift pattern and overtime FMCG or converting background Proactive approach to PPMs and issue prevention to increase/extend reliability. Level 3+ Electrical qualification (ideally through a time served apprenticeship)
