Program Managers partner with our Engineering and Product teams to plan and deliver software and infrastructure releases, managing program status, coordinating across multiple teams, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives.
Role Summary
At Anaplan, Senior Program Managers are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs that deliver value to our customers, as well as coaching and supporting other program team members.
Your Impact
Provide strategic consultation to leadership on program structure, and advise on the optimal approach for program team engagement to ensure successful outcomes.
Mentor and develop other program managers, acting as a point of escalation and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the program management function.
Lead program kickoff meetings, define roles, and establish ceremonies for initiatives.
Develop and maintain advanced roadmap plans, including status and dependency tracking.
Coordinate with teams, Engineering Leads, Product Owners, architects and other stakeholders.
Facilitate scoping exercises and commitment/objective tracking.
Oversee planning activities, such as quarterly planning and release planning.
Manage program documentation, meeting notes, decisions, action items, and change control.
