Operations Technician (Night Shift) - Witney
Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to work with cutting-edge automated technology? We are looking for an Operations Technician to join our flagship site in Witney. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-tech environment where quality and precision are at the heart of everything we do.
Role Overview
Location: Witney
Pay: £17.19 (nights) per hour
Shift Pattern: Night shift, 4 on 4 off (7pm - 7am)
Responsibilities
As an Operations Technician, you will be the backbone of our production line. You'll handle everything from operating sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensuring our life-changing products meet the highest quality standards:
Precision Manufacturing: Operate highly automated equipment for product assembly, chemical solution preparation, and sensor manufacturing.
Quality First: Perform visual and instrumental inspections of raw materials and finished goods. You'll play a vital role in identifying defects and maintaining Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Safety & Standards: Maintain a "Safety First" mindset by adhering to COSHH and EHS guidelines and keeping your workspace pristine using 6S principles.
Data Integrity: Accurately log data and review batch records using our digital systems (HMI, POMS, ETMS) to ensure 100% compliance.
Continuous Improvement: Don't just follow the process-help us improve it! We value your ideas for making our workflows leaner and more efficient.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality and documentation standards.
Tech-savvy approach with experience or confidence in working with automated machinery and digital data systems.
Ability to work effectively within a team, strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Reliable professional with the ability to manage your daily schedule and take ownership of your personal training and development.
