The Job
As a Manager, you will:
Manage a portfolio of customers as their dedicated point of contact Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service Analyse and manipulate large volumes of data using Excel Help customers comply with environmental legislation Explain complex data and processes in a clear, straightforward way Plan workloads carefully and meet multiple deadlines accurately
The Person
We are looking for someone who has:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills A solution-focused and collaborative approach Excellent planning and organisational skills A degree or equivalent qualification and a full UK driving licence
