What you'll do
We're looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to help deliver some of the most significant change initiatives across Notting Hill Genesis. Working within our Strategic Planning & Transformation team, you'll lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes and projects, ensuring they achieve their intended outcomes and deliver lasting value for our residents, colleagues and organisation.
You'll lead cross-organisational teams through complex change, driving delivery whilst ensuring colleagues successfully adopt and embed new ways of working.
How you'll do it
Leading and driving the successful delivery of transformation programmes and projects, ensuring that these achieve the expected outcomes, are delivered on time, on budget and to required quality standards. Developing highly effective relationships with key stakeholders, influencing and negotiating when required. Taking a holistic approach to transformation developing achievable plans including people, process and technology change. Ensuring all aspects of the change are planned, managed and communicated effectively ensuring colleagues understand, adopt, and embed new ways of working with those impacted, at all levels, working closely with assigned change managers. Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates to support business cases and manage budgets with the Sponsor. Identify, assess, and manage programme and project risks with clear ownership and escalation routes. Use NHG programme and change management methodologies and templates, contributing to continuous improvement of NHG processes and tools. Ensure strong governance through reporting, documentation updates and board reporting. Proactively and effectively manage scope, stakeholder expectations and business priorities, using change control when required. Matrix manage resources from across the business and suppliers, set SMART objectives, and address performance where required in collaboration with line managers.

Essential:
Experience leading large-scale organisational transformation programmes within a complex and highly regulated operating environment. You have significant experience (5+ years) and a proven track record gained delivering complex transformational change within large organisations (people, process and technology). Programme management qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent. You are commercially astute, having experience of building the case for transformational change and implementing it successfully. A strong track record of implementing embedding change in organisations through structured change management methodologies such as ADKAR. Strong proven track record of effective Programme Governance Good knowledge of different delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DSDM etc) and their appropriate usage and application. Strong stakeholder management skills (including Csuite) with ability to influence, negotiate and achieve outcomes through others. Experience procuring, onboarding and managing vendors and partners, including contract negotiation.
