Electrical Installation Lecturer and Assessor Location: East London Salary: £45-50 per hour Job Type: Long-Term Temporary Start Date: As Soon As Possible Job Description We are working with a well-established Further Education College in East London who are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer. This is a fantastic long-term temporary opportunity to join a supportive department, delivering high-quality teaching across Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation programmes. The successful candidate will combine strong industry knowledge with a passion for developing the next generation of electrical professionals through practical workshop delivery and classroom-based teaching. This role will also involve working as the College's Assessor for Electrical Installation subject. The Role
Deliver engaging practical and theoretical Electrical Installation lessons Teach across Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation programmes Assess student work and maintain accurate records Promote safe working practices within workshops and classrooms Requirements Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation Relevant industry experience within the electrical sector Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience desirable Teaching qualification preferred or willingness to work towards one Assessor qualification Benefits Competitive hourly rate of £45- £50 per hour Long-term temporary opportunity with an established FE College Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to make an immediate impact on learner success If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
