Job Title: Student Inclusion Administrator

Salary: £23,792 - £24,337 per annum pro rata of £26,707 - £27,319 per annum - SS2
Job type: Fixed Term until 31 March 2027 (37 hours per week, over 40 weeks per year)

The Role:
It's an exciting time to join University College Birmingham. Our Further Education provision has expanded significantly, and we are establishing a new FE Inclusion Team to strengthen early intervention, improve coordination and provide consistent support across the College.
We are seeking organised and responsive Student Inclusion Administrators to provide the systems, communications and administrative support that will enable the team to operate effectively.
You will help maintain accurate student records, coordinate meetings and communications, support attendance and intervention processes, and produce information that allows the team to monitor actions and impact.
This is an important role at the centre of a new service. Your attention to detail, discretion and ability to keep people and processes connected will directly support timely interventions and positive student outcomes.

Roles will be aligned to Vocational STEM, Vocational Service Industries and the Sixth Form. Please note we have 2.5 roles available.
