Location: Salisbury
Salary: Up to £22,061 per year, plus a Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus of £3,000 pro rata

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 20 hours per week

What You’ll Do
Teach and assess learners in Electrical Installation at a range of levels Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based lessons Prepare students for industry, apprenticeships, and future progression Maintain a safe, professional workshop and learning environment Support learners’ confidence, skills and trade-ready knowledge
What You’ll Bring
A Level 3 NVQ qualification in Electrical Installation Strong practical background in electrical installation or related electrical roles Current knowledge of industry standards and practices Teaching qualifications are welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work!)
