Salary : £35,000 – £40,000 DOE

Hours : Full-time, permanent

Hybrid working : Two days in our Bath-based office and three days working from home

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Analytics team and help shape how we use data across the business.

You’ll be part of our Retail Analytics squad, working closely with teams across our two retail brands, Truespeed and Lila Connect. You’ll play an important role in helping us attract, serve and retain customers, using data to understand performance, identify opportunities and support better decision-making.

This is a role with plenty of variety and ownership. You could be building a Power BI dashboard that gives a team instant visibility of performance, exploring a dataset to uncover an opportunity, or working with stakeholders to answer an important business question.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just report what the data says, but wants to understand why it matters and what we should do about it.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference across the business. Your work will include:

Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and self-serve reporting, helping teams understand performance and make confident decisions. Using data to investigate business challenges, identify trends and uncover opportunities to improve performance. Writing SQL and using dbt to build and maintain robust data models. Taking ownership of analytical work from the initial business question through to recommendation, delivery and measurement of impact. Working with stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify the best data, tools and approaches to solve them. Proactively exploring our data to uncover insights that could make a real difference to our customers and the business. Working with data owners and engineering teams to identify and resolve data quality issues. Helping shape requirements for new data pipelines and data feeds that enable better reporting and deeper insight. Facilitating workshops and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Turning complex analysis into clear, engaging and actionable insights. Helping us build a stronger data-driven culture by encouraging teams to use data in their everyday decision-making.
