About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Consultant to join our growing technical team. This role will play a key part in delivering exceptional IT services and solutions to our clients, combining hands-on technical expertise with strong consultancy skills.
You will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support and project delivery, both remotely and onsite, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience at all times. The key role responsibilities include:
Delivering end-to-end technical support, ownership, and resolution of client issues in line with agreed SLA/KPI targets. Travelling to client sites to deliver technical services, including project work and escalated support. Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software, including servers, PCs, networking equipment, and cloud-based systems. Managing and documenting incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately. Conducting onsite audits, surveys, and assessments across infrastructure and network environments. Working independently and collaboratively to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
