Graduate Business Analyst
Location: Chichester
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £26,250
Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Graduate Business Analyst to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone looking to start their career in a business-focused analytical role. You'll gain hands-on experience working with data, investigating issues, identifying trends, supporting customers, and helping deliver operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse data and invoices to identify discrepancies, trends, and savings opportunities. Investigate and resolve customer and retailer queries. Maintain accurate records and ensure high levels of data quality. Produce reports and provide insights to support business decisions. Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. Support customer onboarding and business improvement projects. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and relationship-building skills. Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
