Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Practice Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing expert advice on accounting practices. Your expertise will help clients optimise their financial management processes, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and achieve their business goals. Duties
Manage your own portfolio of clients Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently using leading accounting software - Xero Conduct detailed financial analysis to support client decision-making and strategic planning Payroll processing, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting requirements Collaborate with clients to streamline their financial operations and improve overall financial health Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure all client files adhere to compliance standards
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Practice Accountant or similar role Proficiency in accounting software including such as Xero Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and foster professional development Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration ACCA or ACA qualified or part-qualified
