We currently have an exciting opening for a Senior Accountant in our Professional Services division.

Our Professional Services division is a key part of that growth and evolution. It consists of a compact team in Northern Ireland, working with a much larger team in India; and in doing so this role provides boundless opportunity and variety. This role has much crossover with the role of a general practice accountant, but is unique, and offers unrivalled opportunities for progression. It will suit an ambitious, technically skilled all-rounder with strong practice experience, who has excellent communication skills and a desire to lead.
This is a hybrid role, and there will also be occasional international travel.
Key responsibilities of a Senior Accountant will include:
managing, supporting, and training an international team in providing accounting support to clients within the group preparing and finalising year end accounts and corporation tax returns for limited companies, partnerships, sole-traders and LLPs reviewing bookkeeping, management accounts and VAT returns delivering excellent client service involvement with workflow implementation and management assisting with driving technological solutions in accounting throughout the office
About you –
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
qualified accountant (CAI/ACCA/ICAEW) minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience excellent written and verbal communication skills strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook great attention to detail along with strong organisational skills pro-active, self-starter, with a positive attitude previous experience of CCH, Quickbooks, Xero and Sage would be advantageous knowledge of payroll advantageous leadership qualities and experience
