Description
Ownership of management accounts and reporting P&L; management and performance analysis Forecasting, budgeting and cashflow management Margin and profitability analysis Investment appraisals and business case support Debtors reporting and credit control oversight Year-end coordination and external accountant management Process improvement, automation and efficiency initiatives Commercial challenge and stakeholder accountability with non-finance colleagues Support with wider financial planning for the founders
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
A strong background in hands-on accounting or finance, ideally within the Media & Agency industry. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Experience working in an SME environment. Leadership skills with experience managing a team. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 dependent on the level of experience. Permanent position based in South Bristol. Opportunity to be part-time for the right person.
