Job Title: Rehab Support Worker Banding: Band 3 Location: London, Greater London Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Rate: £15.63 per hour Working Hours: Full-time
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Support Worker to join our esteemed client in London. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, where you will be responsible for providing support to patients and healthcare professionals in an acute hospital setting. Your experience and dedication will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the ward and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding. You will support healthcare professionals in the delivery of clinical care, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure the accurate documentation of patient information. You will also provide emotional support to patients and their families, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience working in an acute hospital setting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
