Build the AI systems our users actually experience.
We're looking for a dynamic AI Engineer (5+ years) to design, build, and deploy autonomous, user-facing AI solutions - LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and intelligent systems that perform reliably at scale, not just in a demo.
What You'll Do
Own AI solutions end-to-end, from concept to production and ongoing optimization Architect LLM-powered applications, multi-agent workflows, and autonomous systems Orchestrate LLMs through advanced prompt engineering and fine-tuning Deploy and monitor AI services in production, tracking quality, hallucination rates, and decision accuracy Build scalable, cost-effective infrastructure with automated evaluation and fallback mechanisms Ensure security, compliance, and rapid iteration based on user feedback
What You'll Bring
5+ years in AI/ML engineering or software development, with production AI deployment experience Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with strong AI/ML/NLP foundations Strong Python skills, familiarity with Java/Kotlin, and solid API design experience Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Skilled in prompt engineering and orchestrating AI agents/chatbots Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure preferred), Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring Strong debugging, collaboration, and continuous-learning mindset
Nice to Have: Experience with vector databases and RAG (e.g., OpenSearch, ElasticSearch)
