Role Responsibilities
Housing support duties
- Assist with key housing management tasks to ensure a safe and well run service.
Client engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for individuals accessing the service, offering guidance and reassurance.
Outcome focused support
- Deliver high quality support that helps clients progress toward positive life changes.
Daily client activities
- Use initiative to support clients with day to day needs and personal development.
Administrative tasks
- Carry out reception and administrative duties to maintain smooth service operations.
Motivational support
- Encourage clients to build confidence, stability, and independence.
Required Skills & Experience
Social care or housing experience
- Essential for this role.
Strong communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with clients.
Time management
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Organisational skills

Night shift availability
- 21:00-07:30 on a 4 on, 4 off rota.
Relevant qualifications
