As a Management Accountant in London, you'll handle the day-to-day financial operations within the not-for-profit sector. This role involves preparing accurate financial reports, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring the organisation's finances run smoothly.

Description
Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors. Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Collaborate with other departments to manage budgets effectively. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
Professional accounting qualification is desired (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Strong experience in preparing management accounts and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Job Offer
Salary between £55,000 and £65,000, dependent on the level of experience. Permanent position in the not-for-profit sector. Flexible hybrid working available Based in London.
