We are urgently looking for a Commis Chef / Cook to support a professional kitchen in Stansted Mountfitchet under the supervision of the Head Chef/Chef de Partie.
Duties:
Food prep: chopping vegetables, peeling, weighing ingredients, preparing basic stocks Station support: assisting the Chef de Partie on sections such as grill, sauces or pastry Kitchen upkeep: cleaning work areas, washing tools/equipment, and rotating/storing stock correctly
Requirements:
Some kitchen experience (entry-level candidates welcome) Reliable, punctual, and able to work at pace Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (not essential)
