FULLY REMOTE ROLE
Finance Manager - Liverpool - £50-55,000 plus package.
Resourcery Group are proud to be working with a brilliant Liverpool based organisation as they look to hire a new Finance Manager. This will be a fully remote role with occasional travel to the Liverpool Head office.
Our client is a market leader in their field and has an excellent reputation. They are growing and with further acquisitions on the horizon, this is a very exciting time to join them. The New Finance Manager will work closely with the Finance Director and leadership team and will be a partner to the wider business. You will provide the financial control, management information and commercial insight needed to support a growing business. This is a hands-on finance role with regular interaction at Senior Leadership Team level. The Finance Manager will turn accounting information into clear decisions, strengthen controls and ensure management has reliable visibility of cash, profitability, expenditure, balance-sheet positions and financial risk.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts Maintain and develop rolling cash-flow forecasts Lead budgeting, re-forecasting, scenario modelling Provide financial insight to managers Own core balance-sheet control schedules Work with operational and accounting functions to improve financial controls Oversee the financial validation and approval work flow for supplier invoices Prepare financial information for Board and Senior Leadership Team reporting Maintain high-quality accounting records and support effective use of Xero Identify and implement practical improvements to finance processes Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders and managers
Key Requirements
Qualified Accountant or QBE Experience producing management accounts Strong commercial finance capability Strong Excel skills Experience of implementing or improving financial controls Excellent attention to detail The ability to work independently
