Mechanical Design Engineer
Birmingham
Due to continued expansion, this Building Services Consultancy has an excellent opportunity available for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Birmingham based team. The successful Mechanical Design Engineer will be utilising their mechanical building services design experience to deliver large scale projects within the commercial, education and multi-residential sectors.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have a BEng / MEng / BTEC / HNC in a relevant mechanical or building services related subject Have 2 year's + experience of mechanical design experience including HVAC systems, pipework and hot and cold water systems Be familiar with British standards and UK building regulations Have a full UK drivers licence Be prepared to travel to attend site visits
You will be:
Working alongside Senior Engineer's to deliver expert mechanical building services design Attending site visits Undertaking site quality control inspections of mechanical and electrical building services installations Reviewing third party documentation Preparing expert written and technical reports
