Our client is entering an exciting period of growth , with a strong pipeline of work and major commercial developments underway.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of two significant commercial developments , including new-build commercial buildings, on-site offices and associated facilities.

The Role
You'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of your projects, managing programme, commercial performance, quality, H&S, subcontractors and client relationships from pre-construction through to completion.
Take overall ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion. Lead Site Management, commercial and design teams. Manage programme, budget, quality and H&S. Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Drive the programme and ensure key milestones are achieved. Manage procurement, design coordination and project changes. Identify and manage risks and commercial opportunities. Work closely with the QS to manage costs, variations and project performance. Lead client and project progress meetings. Ensure projects are delivered to specification, programme and contract requirements. Oversee commissioning, snagging and final handover. Provide regular updates to senior management.
We're Looking For
An experienced Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background and experience delivering major building projects.
Essential:
Construction Project Management experience Commercial/new-build experience SMSTS CSCS Strong client and subcontractor management skills
NEC experience desirable.
