Group Finance Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits Gloucestershire A growing, family-owned group business is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead its finance function during an exciting period of growth and development. Managing a team of four, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operation across a multi-entity business, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and the smooth running of a high-volume transactional finance function. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact. Alongside managing reporting, budgeting and financial controls, you'll be tasked with driving efficiencies, improving processes and procedures, and helping create a more streamlined and scalable finance function. Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 4 finance staff Prepare monthly management accounts and group reporting Oversee high-volume transactional finance activities Manage month-end processes, reconciliations and financial controls Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Drive process improvements and increased automation within finance Partner with operational stakeholders across the business Support year-end and audit requirements About You
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Proven Finance Manager / Group Finance Manager experience Strong management accounting and reporting background Experience managing transactional finance teams Commercial, hands-on and proactive approach Passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation Comfortable operating within a fast-paced SME environment The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and ambitious business where you'll have real influence over the finance function and play a key role in supporting future growth.
