Leading School Travel Tour Operator is seeking an experienced Flights Sourcing Manager to join their growing Procurement team. Specialising in educational group travel across Europe and Worldwide, this well-established travel company is looking for someone with strong experience in group flight reservations, airline procurement or flight sourcing . You'll build relationships with airlines and consolidators, secure the best commercial deals and manage flight bookings for school groups. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Source, price and book group flights across multiple travel brands. Build strong relationships with airlines and flight consolidators to secure the best commercial value. Manage flight schedules, amendments, passenger changes and check-in requirements. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of group travel programmes. Check supplier invoices and maintain accurate booking records. Monitor industry developments and identify commercial opportunities. Support wider procurement activities and team collaboration.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience in group flight reservations, flight sourcing or airline procurement within the travel industry. Strong knowledge of airline group bookings and flight consolidators. Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team. Educational or group travel experience would be an advantage.
