Project Manager
Location: Theale (Hybrid)
Job Type: Permanent
We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing organisation and play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of business-critical projects.
As Project Manager reporting to the Head of Governance & Projects, you'll manage projects from initiation through to delivery, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. You'll also support PMO governance, maintain project documentation, manage risks and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects and workstreams from start to finish. Produce and maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation. Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement. Monitor project progress, risks and dependencies. Prepare project updates for senior stakeholders and board reporting. Promote project management best practice and continuous improvement.
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering cross-functional projects. Strong PMO, governance and stakeholder management experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience using Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite. Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, APM or similar) is desirable. Experience within a regulated environment, such as healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceuticals, would be advantageous but is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team as a Project Manager where you'll have real ownership of projects and the chance to make a visible impact across the organisation.
