Rayment Recruitment is looking for a talented Head Pastry Chef to join the award-winning kitchen of a prestigious 4 Red Star, 2 AA Rosette luxury hotel just outside Ipswich.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the pastry section in a busy, high-quality kitchen, producing exceptional desserts, artisan breads, pastries and one of the area's most popular afternoon teas.
Live-in accommodation is available, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to relocate.
The Role:
Lead and inspire a small pastry team Create outstanding desserts, pastries, breads and afternoon tea items Develop seasonal menus and new ideas Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation Train and support junior chefs Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management
About You:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Pastry Chef Background in a 2 AA Rosette , fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel Passionate about fresh, seasonal produce Creative, organised and quality-driven Strong leadership and communication skills
