About the Role
We are recruiting for a Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction Project Manager who enjoys delivering complex projects from design through to installation. You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from sales handover through design development, procurement, production, installation and completion. Lead project teams and coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and third-party engineers. Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and cashflow forecasts. Monitor project quality, cost and delivery performance. Manage health & safety documentation, site activities and compliance requirements. Liaise with installation, production and HSEQ teams throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with tender development and provide technical and costing input where required.
What We’re Looking For
Solid construction project management experience. Strong health & safety knowledge within construction environments. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Commercial awareness and experience managing project finances. Infrastructure, highways or other highly regulated environment experience preferred. Temporary works project experience would be highly desirable. Project management qualifications and evidence of CPD are advantageous. A genuine interest in infrastructure-focused projects and the ability to transfer relevant skills into the sector.

Contract: 12 Month FTC
Salary: £55,000-£65,000
