Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with neurological conditions, such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease. You will develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, function, and quality of life. Your role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care. You will also educate patients and their families on managing symptoms and preventing complications, while maintaining accurate patient records and contributing to ongoing clinical research and service development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Specialised training or certification in neurological physiotherapy.
- Proven experience working with patients with neurological conditions.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous NHS experience and familiarity with Cerner iClip electronic documentation are highly desirable.
