Finance Manager
We are recruiting for a newly created Finance Manager role with an established and growing company based in Ashford. Working closely with the Finance Director, you will be a technically strong finance professional with proven people management experience and a passion for developing and motivating high-performing teams. You will have a solid track record of managing month-end and statutory reporting processes across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the month-end and year-end reporting processes. Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and cash flow forecasts. Oversee statutory reporting, VAT returns and the annual audit. Review financial performance, investigating variances and identifying improvements. Lead, develop and motivate the finance team. Support the Finance Director with business projects, including the implementation of a new accounting system in 2027. Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls and systems.
About You
Ideally Qualified (ACCA or equivalent) with strong accounts experience supporting multiple entity requirements. Proficient with VAT returns, cashflow management and financial reporting. Ability to manage a varied finance team at different levels. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Technically minded with exemplary people management skills. Experience using Sage 50.
