Senior Product Manager (Retrofit Data & Products)
London | Inside IR35 | £400 to £490 per day
This is a key contract opportunity to lead the transformation of multiple data initiatives into a centralised, user-focused data service. Working at the intersection of data, technology and sustainability, you'll help shape products that improve decision-making across housing and energy programmes.
The Company
They are a public sector organisation delivering major housing and sustainability initiatives. With several data projects already in place, they are investing in a scalable data platform to improve insights, reporting, compliance, and service delivery.
The Role and Deliverables
Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for a centralised data service. Bring together multiple data products and workstreams into a cohesive offering. Work closely with Data Architects and Analysts to shape data architecture and platform capabilities. Lead stakeholder engagement and drive adoption of data products across the organisation. Oversee delivery across reporting, analytics, governance, and compliance initiatives. Support supplier management and build versus buy decisions where required.
Your Skills & Experience
Strong experience leading data products, digital platforms, or data services. Proven background working with Data Architects and technical teams. Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, analytics, and cloud-based environments. Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders. Public sector, environmental, energy, housing, or retrofit experience is highly desirable. Confident driving product strategy and delivering impact from day one.
