In this secure, office-based environment, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing identity and directory infrastructure that underpins critical national operations.
You’ll bring specialist knowledge in SQL and PullPrint environments to support complex, large-scale systems, contributing to both business-as-usual service delivery and continuous improvement.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help ensure stability across a multi-domain estate while supporting upgrades and introducing new capabilities.

What you'll be doing:
Supporting business-as-usual directory services operations, including user account management, access control and identity lifecycle management. Administering and maintaining Active Directory Domain Services, including domain controllers, replication, Domain Name System and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol. Designing, deploying, and managing Group Policy Objects across their lifecycle. Designing, configuring, and troubleshooting multi-domain PullPrint solutions across a complex estate. Using SQL to support querying, reporting and data-driven troubleshooting across directory and print systems. Delivering patching, upgrades, lifecycle activities and third line support in line with Service Level Agreements.
What you’ll bring:
Strong experience with SQL, including querying, reporting and troubleshooting in complex environments. Strong experience with Active Directory Domain Services in an enterprise environment, including domain controllers, replication, Domain Name System and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol. Expertise in designing, deploying and troubleshooting Group Policy Objects. Experience with access control, identity lifecycle management and directory-integrated systems. Experience working in operational environments aligned to Service Level Agreements.
It would be great if you had:
