Management Accountant
Creative Agency | London Bridge | 55k - 65k
We're partnering with a high-growth, ambitious creative agency to find a Management Accountant to join their bright finance team.
You'll have ownership of 3 entities, oversee group financial reporting and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Revenue recognition will be a key area of responsibility, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a time-based or project-based environment.
This agency has experienced impressive growth over the last few years and has ambitious plans to expand further, offering excellent potential for an equally ambitious MA.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely group financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts and KPI reporting. Present financial information and insights to senior stakeholders, supporting business performance and decision-making. Take ownership of your workload, ensuring deadlines and reporting timetables are consistently met. Apply strong technical accounting knowledge, staying up to date with relevant financial reporting, tax and audit requirements. Oversee revenue recognition across the group, working closely with Client Directors, MDs and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant accounting. Maintain and improve financial processes, controls and best practice across the group. Partner with non-finance teams to provide commercial insight, solve problems and support business objectives.
About You
Newly qualified or close to qualified with strong management accounting experience. Strong understanding of revenue recognition, ideally gained within a time-based, project-based or professional services environment. Confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders to provide insight, solve problems and support business objectives. A self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work collaboratively. Strong communication and presentation skills Naturally process-minded, with an eye for identifying improvements and developing practical solutions as the business evolves.
