Join an established Nottingham firm where you’ll have genuine ownership of your claimant caseload, direct client contact and the support of an experienced specialist team. You’ll be trusted to run your own files while developing your litigation expertise across Fast Track and Multi-Track work. The Role
Handle claimant EL/PL claims from instruction through to conclusion. Manage Portal and non-Portal matters, predominantly Fast Track, with Multi-Track exposure. Run your own files with minimal supervision. Advise clients and deliver a genuinely personal service. Handle litigation, negotiations and legal documentation. Build relationships with clients and professional referrers. Contribute to the continued growth of the team. Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Litigation Rights. 3+ years’ claimant Personal Injury experience. Strong EL/PL and litigation knowledge. Excellent client-care and communication skills. Commercially aware, organised and proactive. Ambitious and keen to develop your career.
