They're now looking for a hands-on Infrastructure & Security Manager to take ownership of their cloud infrastructure, cyber security and internal IT environment. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, driving security best practice and working across a modern Microsoft and Azure estate, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Infrastructure & Security Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping systems secure, resilient and scalable. You'll lead infrastructure strategy while remaining hands-on with day-to-day technical delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing cloud infrastructure, networking, firewalls, servers, storage and security technologies. Maintaining Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Leading cyber security initiatives and acting as the first point of contact for security incidents. Managing backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity. Driving and maintaining ISO 27001 compliance, audits and security improvements. Developing infrastructure roadmaps and implementing technical change. Supporting colleagues with internal IT infrastructure issues and technical guidance. Continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance, resilience and security.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a technically strong Infrastructure or Security professional who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
You'll bring experience with:
Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration. Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and Microsoft infrastructure technologies. Firewalls, network security, encryption, Azure Key Vault and backup solutions. Cloud security and cyber security best practices. ISO 27001 compliance, audits and security governance. Windows and Linux environments. IT service management and modern infrastructure practices including DevOps principles. It would be great if you also have experience with technologies such as GitHub, Rundeck or Ansible, alongside industry certifications including Azure, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
