A Finance Leadership Role with Real Visibility and Influence
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a large, successful and evolving business in a leadership role.
This is a role for someone who wants to be influential. You'll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead a small finance team and play a key role in shaping the finance function as the business continues to grow and evolve.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, focus on financial rigour with the ability to build relationships, challenge constructively and drive continuous improvement.
The Opportunity
You'll lead all aspects of financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, audit management and compliance for a major business division, whilst acting as a key point of contact for senior leadership, Group Finance and external stakeholders.
The environment is fast-paced and evolving, requiring a confident finance leader who can operate effectively at both a strategic and operational level.
A key part of the role is leading and developing a team of finance professionals, creating a high-performing culture whilst ensuring individuals are supported to reach their full potential.
You'll provide coaching, mentorship and leadership to a developing team, helping to build capability and drive performance whilst maintaining the high standards expected across the function.
This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys developing people and creating an engaged, accountable and commercially focused finance team.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced and credible finance professional who combines technical excellence with strong leadership capability.
You will likely be:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified An experienced Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Business Partner Comfortable operating within a complex, multi-site or operationally focused business environment A proven leader with experience developing and managing finance teams Confident working alongside senior stakeholders and leadership Highly capable in managing audits, financial controls and statutory compliance requirements
