Are you a skilled plasterer looking for the next step in your career? If you hold a Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in plastering, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to share your expertise and inspire the next generation of trades professionals.
You’ll play a key role in delivering practical and theoretical sessions, helping learners develop the skills and confidence needed for success in the construction industry. No prior teaching experience is required—full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons and practical demonstrations in plastering Support learners in developing hands-on skills and industry knowledge Provide constructive feedback to help students progress Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement Promote a positive and safe learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified plasterer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Passion for your trade and willingness to share your knowledge Strong communication skills and ability to motivate learners Commitment to professional development and learner success
