Description
Manage and oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making. Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage cash flow and oversee financial forecasting processes. Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals. Assist with external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
A professional accounting qualification or equivalent. Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Experience in the FMCG sector is beneficial. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Job Offer
A salary of £55,000 - £65,000, dependent on the level of experience. Additional benefits inc holidays, pension plus more
