Job Title: Band 7 Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist Location: Surrey Duration: Ongoing Contract Type: Full-time (1.0 WTE, 37.5 hours per week) Start Date: ASAP
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at Perseid Lower School in Morden, Surrey. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise in paediatric physiotherapy.
This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £32 per hour.
Main responsibilities of this Physiotherapy vacancy:
Provide a highly specialist level of clinical skill in paediatric physiotherapy.
Manage a clinical caseload of children and young people attending Perseid Special Schools as identified by the service specification.
Independently manage the defined caseload and prioritize own workload to ensure effective service provision.
Use clinical assessments, interviews, and observational skills to determine the physiotherapy needs of children and young people.
Effectively set goals and plan interventions based on assessments.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Educate and support families and caregivers in managing their child’s condition.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Essential requirements of this Physiotherapy vacancy:
HCPC registration
Right to work in the UK
Skills and Attributes:
Extensive experience in paediatric physiotherapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
