I am seeking experienced Senior Registrars (SPR) in Emergency Medicine to join our team at University Hospital of Birmingham, specifically at Good Hope Hospital or Heartlands Hospital. This role involves providing high-quality care in a dynamic and fast-paced emergency department on an ad hoc basis.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in the emergency department.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
Supervise and support junior medical staff and trainees.
Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Required Skills:
Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
Completion of Advanced Life Support (ALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and European Paediatric Advanced Life Support (EPALS) certifications.
Proven experience in emergency medicine at the Senior Registrar level.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
