Salary: Pay to scale M1 - UPS3 (£32,916 - £51,048)
Are you a passionate and dynamic Geography teacher ready to inspire the next generation of explorers and environmental leaders? This very supportive secondary school based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join our vibrant school community from September 2026.

The Role: As a Geography Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to students across Key Stages KS3/KS4/KS5, encouraging a love for Geography while helping them develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team of educators and be supported in your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Geography at Key Stage 3, 4 & 5 Plan and deliver creative and inspiring lessons. Assess, track, and report on student progress. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum development. Support students' well-being and academic growth.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent). Has a strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is dedicated to student success and well-being. Is a team player, committed to contributing to the wider school community.
