Graduate Structural Engineer £30,000 - £35,000 + Chartership Support + Training + Development + Progression + Hybrid working Newark, Lincolnshire (Commutable from: Nottingham, Lincoln, Grantham, Mansfield, Worksop, Retford, Southwell, Sleaford) Are you a Graduate Structural Engineer looking for Chartership Support and real technical development, with Hybrid Working long-term? Do you want exposure to varied projects with the backing of an established design team and clear progression through the ranks? This is a permanent role with a long-standing, well-established multi-disciplinary design practice, offering the structure and support you need to build your career properly. You'll be backed with mentoring towards chartership whilst being developed with progression to senior roles. You'll be joining a stable consultancy with low staff turnover and a strong reputation built over generations, working on a varied portfolio across public and private sector work. The business is growing organically and investing in its future through succession planning and developing engineers from within. You'll be office-based initially in Newark-on-Trent, producing structural designs across multiple projects and developing towards taking ownership of workstreams, coordination, and broader project responsibility. This role suits a graduate who is motivated by technical progression and long-term development someone ambitious, proactive, and keen to work towards chartership in a supportive, hands-on environment. The Person:
Degree qualified in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering Structural engineering background (placement year / some experience beneficial) Strong computer skills
