We're partnering with a specialist insurer looking to appoint a Pricing Lead to join its growing Bulk Purchase Annuity team. This is a commercially focused role sitting at the heart of transaction delivery, offering the opportunity to take ownership of deals from initial assessment through to execution. What You'll Be Doing
Lead the pricing of BPA transactions from opportunity assessment through to completion Oversee DB pension data analysis, cashflow modelling and pricing outputs Present pricing recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders Support buy-in and buy-out transactions, including post-deal true-up calculations Drive enhancements to pricing models and methodologies Mentor junior actuarial team members and support their development
About You
Qualified or nearly qualified actuary Strong DB pensions experience, gained within consulting, insurance or reinsurance Experience in pension risk transfer, BPA pricing or de-risking transactions Strong modelling and analytical capabilities Commercial mindset with the confidence to make recommendations and influence decisions
