The Role
As a Commercial Property Agent, you will be responsible for:
Winning new commercial property instructions through valuations and business development. Managing commercial sales and lettings from instruction through to completion. Negotiating Heads of Terms and liaising with solicitors, surveyors and professional advisers. Conducting property inspections, market appraisals and accompanied viewings. Advising landlords, vendors, purchasers and tenants throughout the transaction process. Building strong relationships with investors, developers, occupiers and landlords. Preparing marketing particulars and advertising properties across commercial portals. Monitoring local market trends and providing strategic advice to clients. Working collaboratively with colleagues across professional services and property management. Contributing towards departmental growth and fee generation.
