Senior Electrical Engineer | Witney, Oxfordshire | £50,000 - £60,000 DOE | Hybrid
We're working with an established multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer to its Building Services team in Oxfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer looking to lead projects, manage junior engineers and take greater responsibility for client relationships and project delivery.
The role:
Lead electrical building services projects from feasibility through to completion
Produce and review electrical designs, specifications and technical documentation
Manage projects to programme, budget and technical standards
Meet clients to establish project briefs and budgets
Review tenders and prepare technical recommendations
Manage and monitor site works
Carry out surveys, inspections and condition reports
Mentor and manage junior engineers
Support fee management and invoicing
Work with AutoCAD, Revit and Amtech
Support business development and repeat client relationships
What we're looking for:
Degree or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
Strong electrical building services design experience
Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers
Member of CIBSE, IET or equivalent
Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartership
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit and Amtech
Strong knowledge of CIBSE guidance, Building Regulations and relevant legislation
Ability to obtain UK SC clearance
