Essential duties & responsibilities
General DIY abilities Knowledge and experience of all Plumbing plant including, but not limited to unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, above ground drainage, expansion vessels, pumps & sanitary ware. To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date. The Commercial plumbing Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team, our client is looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client focussed.
Knowledge & Understanding
Our client is looking for candidate who has knowledge of Plumbing systems and over 5 years’ experience in similar Plumbing / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role. Knowledge and experience of all Plumbing plant including, but not limited to unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, above ground drainage, expansion vessels, pumps & sanitary ware. Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.
Qualifications
Approved Plumbing Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement (NVQ 2/3).
