Project Manager - AI - Life Sciences
£500-550p/d Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a high-profile life science AI and technology transformation programme within a large, complex enterprise environment.
You will work as part of a consultancy delivery team, coordinating multiple stakeholders, workstreams and technology partners to ensure the programme remains on track and key milestones are delivered successfully.
Key responsibilities
Own and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, KPIs, RAID logs and status reporting. Produce clear, concise PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders, including project updates, risks, decisions and progress against milestones. Organise and facilitate business analysis, planning and delivery workshops. Coordinate and mobilise technology vendor resources, ensuring effective onboarding and integration into the wider delivery team. Work closely with business, technology and consultancy stakeholders to maintain alignment across multiple workstreams. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure delivery activity is effectively prioritised and tracked. Drive actions through to completion and maintain strong governance across the programme.
Essential experience
Strong Project Management experience within complex technology or digital environments. Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience. Strong experience managing delivery plans, RAID, dependencies, milestones and reporting. Experience facilitating workshops and driving clear actions and outcomes. Experience coordinating third-party technology vendors or external delivery partners.
