Job Purpose:
The Therapeutic Radiographer Team Manager will be expected to critically evaluate and apply a range of theoretical perspectives relevant to their own area of practice to underpin their professional decision making. The Therapeutic Radiographer Team Manager will be expected to develop the work and staff within their area and to seek to continually improve the service, whilst providing for the capacity and demand issues of the department.

Overview of Essential Responsibilities:
The post will be structured around the four functions of higher level practice (SCoR), available time allocated approximately as indicated in brackets:- Expert practice (0.25) Professional leadership and consultancy (0.25) Education, training and development (0.25) Practice and service development, research and evaluation (0.25)
