Job Title: Locum Community Physiotherapist Banding: Band 6 Location: Bradford Working Hours: Full-time Contract Duration: November 2024 - March 2025 Rate: £24-27 per hour
Opening Paragraph: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Locum Community Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Transfer of Care Team in Bradford. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to support patient discharges, conduct community assessments, and assist with equipment provision. Responsibilities: As a Band 6 Locum Community Physiotherapist you will be responsible for working within our Integrated Transfer of Care Team, providing essential support for patient discharges, conducting thorough assessments in the community, and ensuring the appropriate provision of equipment. Your role will involve traveling within the community to visit patients, requiring a valid driver’s license. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support, ensuring smooth transitions for patients from hospital to home.
Qualifications and Experiences:
Experience in community physiotherapy.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the community.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant professional qualifications and registration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
