Management Accountant

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established group in the middle of an ambitious growth phase, recent expansion means their Finance function has never been busier, or more exciting to be part of. If you're a management accountant who wants real variety and genuine influence, this is worth a closer look.
You'll take ownership of specific areas of the business, producing monthly management accounts, tracking performance against budget, and turning raw data into insight the Management Team acts on.
You'll get involved in:
Month-end processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger integrity. Budgeting and forecasting Year-end audit support and liaison with external auditors. Variance analysis and commercial insight, explaining the why behind the numbers to managers across the business Developing MI and BI reporting for Finance and the wider business
This role suits someone naturally curious, methodical, and unafraid of a challenge, someone who wants to understand the business behind the numbers, not just report them. You'll be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), confident with Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable communicating with people at every level.
